Anwar Kashif Mumtaz is a Tax and Corporate Lawyer, enrolled as an Advocate in 2002 and as an Advocate of High Court in 2009. Presently, his application for enrolment as an Advocate of Supreme Court of Pakistan is in final stages. He has been practicing Tax & Corporate law for about 21 years, and a number of his cases have been reported in legal and tax journals.
Regarding his education and court admissions, Anwar Kashif Mumtaz was enrolled as an Advocate in 2002 and as an Advocate of High Court in 2009. His application for enrolment as an Advocate of Supreme Court of Pakistan is currently in its final stages.
In the field of leadership, memberships, and awards, he is a Certified International Trainer on Leadership and Personal Development and a CEDR Accredited Mediator & Master Trainer. He is a founding member of Pakistan Mediators Association (PMA) and an Advisory Board Member of the Public Interest Law Association of Pakistan (PILAP). He has served as Secretary General, Vice President, and President of Karachi Tax Bar Association (KTBA) and is currently serving as President of Pakistan Tax Bar Association (PTBA). Additionally, he has been appointed by the World Bank as its Consultant on enforcing of contract indicator for Ease of Doing Business. He also served as Chairman of the Federation of Pakistan Chamber of Commerce and Industry (FPCCI) committee on Direct Taxes.
